Description: Situated within a few minutes of the traditional market town of Albox, just twenty minutes from the Autovia del Mediterráneo, 25 minutes from the coast and only 40 minutes from the tourist resort of Mojácar and the small fishing village of Garrucha, Casa Cintra enjoys beautiful views over open countryside to the distant mountains. Albox, Almeria is located in a mainly agricultural area and has grown into a major centre. There is a large weekly market in the town selling everything from fruit and vegetables to clothing and kitchen equipment. Los Patricios is set in the countryside ten minutes from the town and has large areas of almond and olive groves. There are a number of restored and new properties nearby all set in large plots of land so there are neighbours if needed - but not too close. A large modern hospital (rated one of the best in Europe) is only 25 minutes away, and the local medical centre (less than 10 minutes from the house) has doctors nurses and an ambulance on standby 24 hours a day. A new motorway is under construction which by-passes Albox and will make access to the main coastal motorway even faster and easier.
